The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of the Lucky Numbers Alexa skill (“Skill”). You agree that the skill may be automatically updated, and these Terms will apply to any updates.
Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Skill. By using the Skill, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Skill.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Damages; Limitation of Liability
While the Skill developer uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information in the Skill, the developer makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. The developer assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the Skill. The developer assumes no liability or responsibility for any content or information originating from a third party, like Meetup Inc.
Indemnification
You hereby agree to indemnify and hold the Skill developer harmless from all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to: (i) your use of the Skill, and (ii) any breach or alleged breach of these Terms.
Agreement to Arbitrate and Class Action Waiver
You agree that both you and the Skill developer will be obligated to arbitrate disputes, claims, and controversies that arise out of or relate to your use of the Skill, and that any such proceedings will be conducated on an individual basis (and not as a class action).
Changes
These Terms may be revised or replaced. In this event, the date at the top of this page will be updated, and if the changes are material, you will be notified by the Skill.
